Two-factor authentication (2FA) troubleshooting

For optimum security, every account is recommended to utilize 2 Factor Authentication (“2FA”).

If needed, bigX can also reset 2FA on your account. However, please note that prior to disabling your old U2F, we must establish that you are the legitimate account owner. To do this, please contact the bigX 24/7 Support Team via email support@bigx.com  or chat informing them that you have lost your U2F 2FA. You will then receive instructions on how you can provide proof of your identity to reset 2FA.
