What is the appropriateness test and how can I retake it?

According to MiFID II Policy, the Appropriateness Test is required to determine whether a client has the necessary experience and knowledge to understand the risks in relation to the investment product or service offered or demanded when assessing whether an investment service (other than investment advice or portfolio management) is appropriate for a client. An invitation to complete the test is presented during online onboarding and via email. We encourage you to take this test to help us to determine the appropriateness of our products for you. You can retake the Appropriateness test at any time, should you wish to re-assess your level of knowledge and experience by accessing the test window through your Account Management module on the platform.
